Download and unpack.
Extract the entire ZIP into a folder. Run
CiphergramDesktop.exeand keep the other files beside it. - 2
Choose the Ciphergram server.
It's already in the server picker. Select it and join. The address is here if you need to add it manually.

Make your account. Find your people.
Create a username and password, then search for a friend's @username to start your first chat.
